Rezoning of 4700 Milton Avenue

Urged the commission to turn down the rezoning, saying the traffic study understates cut-through traffic and asking that McCormick be connected to Wright Road before approval.

Said infrastructure — especially the Wright Road connection — should be built before, not after, a high-traffic commercial development at the neighborhood entrance.

Supported the rezoning as consistent with the comprehensive plan and asked the commission to forward it favorably to the Council.
